DNS is an internet’s directory of domain names and translate them to Internet Protocol (IP) addresses.
Cloudflare and Asia Pacific Network Information Center (APNIC) created the fastest public DNS (Domain Name System) service about 14.8ms in speed. The 1.1.1.1  were configured as "dark traffic addresses" with APNIC partnered with Google to be able to analyse the traffic directed at them. It claim that users who use the service for DNS will see an improve performance in speed compared to that other ISPs. 

Also they says that they will never ever save or stored anyone provide information as it is non of there business.

As they only offer fast and secure DNS service.
