Overtime when we use our PC all the time you may notice that the performance is not the same as it was before. This is due to some unnecessary application, services and files that run and stored without you noticing it.So in this article i will show you how to speed up your windows 10 PC with a few tweaks.
Step 1. Power option. Just go to your start menu and search
power option will see the power option
just click on it and you will see the power option setting. The balance to be
set on balance you need to change it to high-performance options.
Step 2. Disable
unwanted start-up programs. First you need to go to the task manager from there
you will see all the programs that sort automatically when your system's start
up, when you install a program in windows 10, it may add a small program that
ran windows background automatically without you noticing it also you don’t
need that kind of program every time the system starts up And because of that
your PC performance is affected .In that case you may need to disable it.
Step3. Defragment and
optimized drives. On the search menu just search the optimized drives from
there look for your system drive click it and optimize and that’s it.
Step 4. Delete
unnecessary temporary files. Search the
RUN and type in %temp% hit enter a folder will a pop up you just need to delete
all the files there after that close it and key in the temp in Run again and
hit enter deleted all the files close it
again and key in prefetch click okay and delete all the file.
Step 5. Clean up the memory. Go your file explorer, right
click on your system drive or C drive or
more specifically right click on it and click properties in general tab You will see the disc cleanup options Click on it and
allowed to scan the files. Now after the scanning is finished and you're going
to want to click on the clean-up system it will ask you, are you sure you want
to permanently delete these files? Just click on OK, don't worry. The only
delete unnecessary files.
Step 6. Reduced run time service. By right-clicking on the
windows icon and choose RUN from there type in msconfig then click on OK, and
you will see the system configuration go on the tab service and uncheck unnecessary services but before
that you’re going to check on Hide all
Microsoft services. That's really important to avoid delete ting accidentally
necessary services, so make sure you take this option. Now, click on OK
After all of that you need to a proper system restart so
that all the changes that we made well take effect.
